RULES AND CONDITIONS
Rates are in euros (€) - , the rate includes bed and breakfast and WI-FI
A Reservation is confirmed with a pre-payment of  a % by credit card, this pre-payment is not refundable. The remaining part of the reservation is paid in cash on arrival at the Bed and Breakfast.
All of Bed and Breakfast is non-smoking. A €200 cleaning charge will be added to the bill if there is smoking in the room.
Check-in is between 13hs and 22hs. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the Bed and Breakfast and start enjoying the beautiful city of Barcelona!
Check-out is at 11hs. If your return is late and you want to enjoy a bit more Barcelona, then we can store your luggage in our  Bed and Breakfast for you to pick up later.
Cancelation and modification: Free of charge (except pre-payment) until 5 days before your arrival to our Bed and Breakfast. Otherwise you will be charged the entire stay.
Rates can be changed at any time without notice.

Las tarifas son en euros (€) - incluyendo el Bed and Breakfast y WI-FI.
Una reserva está confirmada con un pago por adelantado de un % mediante tarjeta de crédito o débito. Este pago por adelantado no será devuelto en ningún caso. El resto de la reserva deberá ser pagado en efectivo a su llegada al Bed and Breakfast.
Todos los Bed and Breakfast son no fumador. Será cargado en tu cuenta 200€ de limpieza si se está fumando en tu habitación.
Check-in es entre las 13hs y 22hs. Si llega antes, puede dejar su equipaje en nuestro Bed and Breakfast y empezar a disfrutar de la hermosa ciudad de Barcelona!
Check-out es a las 11hs. Si su partida es tarde y quieres disfrutar un poco más de Barcelona, entonces podemos guardar tu equipaje en nuestro Bed and Breakfast y recogerlo más tarde.
Cancelación y modificaciones de reserva: Más de 5 días antes de su llegada a nuestro Bed and Breakfast será gratuita (excluyendo el prepago). Cinco días o menos antes de su llegada, deberá pagar la totalidad de su estancia.
Los precios pueden ser modificados en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.

Een reservering is bevestigd met een aanbetaling van % via uw credit card. De rest van de reserrvering dient bij aankomst in in ons Bed and Breakfast in contanten te worden betaald.
Ons Bed and Breakfast is geheel rookvrij. Wij vragen u € 200 schoonmaak kosten indien er gerookt is in uw kamer.
Check-in is tussen 13hs en 22hs. Als u eerder aankomt, kunt u uw bagage in ons Bed and Breakfast achterlaten en beginnen te genieten van de mooie stad Barcelona!
Check-out is op 11hs. Als uw terugreis later aanvangt en u nog even wilt genieten van meer Barcelona, dan kunt u uw bagage later in ons Bed and Breakfast komen ophalen.
Wijzigen of ongedaan maken van uw reservering is gratis, m.u.v. de aanbetaling, tot 5 dagen voor uw aankomst in ons Bed and Breakfast. Minder dan 5 dagen voor uw aankomst wordt het gehele  verblijf in rekening gebracht.
Prijzen kunnen worden gewijzigd op elk moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.

Alle Bed and Breakfast ist Nichtraucher. A € 200 Endreinigung wird die Rechnung aufgenommen werden, wenn es Rauchen im Zimmer.
Check-in ist zwischen 13hs und 22hs. Wenn Sie früher anreisen, können Sie Ihr Gepäck bei unserem Bed and Breakfast lassen und genießen Sie die wunderschöne Stadt Barcelona!
Check-out um 11hs. Bei Ihrer Rückkehr ist schon spät, und Sie möchten ein bisschen mehr genießen Barcelona, dann sind wir Ihr Gepäck in unserem Bed and Breakfast können Sie speichern, um später abholen.
Stornierung ist kostenlos bis 5 Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft (excluding the 20% pre-paymemt). Andernfalls werden Sie zahlen den gesamten Aufenthalt.
Preise können jederzeit ohne Ankündigung geändert werden.

Una reserva està confirmada amb un pagament adelantat equivalent a 20% mediant una targeta de crèdit o de dèbit. Aquest pagament no serà tornada en cap concepte. Ha de pagar la quantitat restant del total de la seva reserva a l'arribada al nostre Bed and Breakfast en efectiu.
Tots als nostres Bed and Breakfast és no fumadors. S'afegirà €200 a la teva factura si estan fumant a l'habitació

Check-out és a les 11hs. Si la seva declaració és tard i vols gaudir d'una mica més de Barcelona, llavors podem guardar el seu equipatge al nostre Bed and Breakfast per tu per recollir més tard.
Cancel·lació i modificacions son gratuïtes fins a 5 dies abans de la seva arribada a nostre Bed and Breakfast. En cas contrari se li cobrarà l'estada sencera.
