GENERAL RULES IN THE BED AND BREAKFASTS

Rates are in Euros (€), the rate includes Bed and Breakfast and Wi-Fi.

When making a reservation, the client directly accepts an agreement with the accommodation chosen. We will directly charge the client’s credit card a prepayment which corresponds to approximated the 20% of the total cost of the reservation for the intermediary service. When this has been completed, it means that the reservation has been confirmed. The remaining amount of the total charge must be made directly at the guest house during the check-in procedure exclusive in cash.

Sending your credit card information implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All of the Bed and Breakfasts are non-smoking, balconies included. A 200 € cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card if you smoked in the room, balconies or any part of the house.

Cooking is not allowed, but you have free access to the fridge and microwave to prepare something easy.

The Guest Houses are not available for persons under 12 years old.

Pets are not welcome.

If you lose the keys, we will charge 30,00€ in your account.

Check-in is between 13hs and 22hs. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the Bed and Breakfast and start enjoying the beautiful city of Barcelona! Late check-ins can be requested by email, if accepted we will charge an extra cost of 20,00€.

Check-out is at 11hs. If your return is late and you want to enjoy a bit more Barcelona, then we can store your luggage in the Bed and Breakfast for you to pick up later.

Cancelation and modification are free of charge (except pre-payment) until 5 days before your arrival at the Bed and Breakfast. Otherwise you will be charged the entire stay.

The extra service packs must be contracted prior to your arrival and paid in cash upon arrival.

The low-season offer of -20% applies to all the rooms of our Bed and Breakfasts from November 10th to February 10th (excluding the days between December 23rd to January 3rd both inclusive).

Our service is based on the information provided to us by the accommodation owners. We make every effort to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate.

ideasandcreativity.com may send news & specified relevant offers, to the e-mail address provided in your booking request. You can unsubscribe at any given moment, by simply sending us an e-mail.

When you book a guest house through our website, it is your responsibility to inform guesthousebarcelona.com should you not receive a confirmation e-mail. This usually occurs as a result of a strong junk mail filter or an incorrectly entered e-mail address.

ideasandcreativity.com has the right to cancel your booking within 72 hours after booking time. In case of cancellation by ideasandcreativity.com, will attempt to offer you a similar guest house accommodation in the same quality and price classification, but shall not be held liable should it fail to do so.

Your booking is made directly with the guest house you have chosen. By confirming your booking with ideasandcreativity.com you are entering into a contract with the guest house.

In compliance with the Spanish Data Protection & Personal Privacy Law article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, concerning personal data protection we inform you that your data will be included in the file of guesthousebarcelona.com. The web user authorizes to ideasandcreativity.com the processing of personal data supplied voluntarily through forms and email for: products, services, sales and promotions in relation to products and services purchased by the user to ideasandcreativity.com on the web. You can exercise the rights to access, oppose, rectify and cancel by e-mail to bbb-at-ideasandcreativity-dot-com.
